Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase. We don't offer cash refunds, but we're always here to help you with exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't get delivered, we are here to help you to make it right.
You can return or exchange items only if they have certain problems listed below. We don’t accept returns for any other reason.
What You Can Return
We only allow exchanges for non-food items if they are unused and in their original packaging with all the tags and must returned to us within 3 days of delivery.
We cannot accept returns for opened food, treats, or supplements because of health and safety rules.
When Returns Are Not Allowed
- Perishable, used, or opened items
- Clearance or “Sale” items
- Items not in original packaging or missing accessories
Exchange Only
We don’t give cash refunds. We offer only exchanges for the same item or size, depending on what’s in stock. If your item is wrong, damaged, or missing something, you can exchange it within 3 days of delivery. Once we check and confirm the issue we will process your exchange request.
How to Request an Exchange/Return
Email us at [email protected] on the same day after you get your order. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos or a video of the product. We’ll check your request and send you the return address.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order is confirmed and cannot be changed.
